We start with the logistics. What are your needs, wants, why’s and timeline for a home purchase. Together, we will cover how to craft a winning offer so you are set up to win.
We will discuss mortgage financing, home touring, the home inspection process, and touch on a few of the more important legal contracts and documents you may come across as you go through the process.
If you don’t know the Seattle area well, that’s okay. I was born and raised here and know so many of the surrounding cities and communities, so I will be able to help you identify the right neighborhood for you and what to be on the lookout for.
3. When you find it, we will be ready.
